ABOUT US

Hi, we are Royal Thunder Robotics, a FIRST community program based in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada.

Established in 2005 as a FIRST LEGO League program, we have had teams in FIRST LEGO League Explore, FIRST LEGO League Challenge, FIRST Robotics Competition and currently in FIRST Tech Challenge.

Our team currently consists of students in grades seven and eight and competes in the Ontario District.  We have just completed our second season with competitions in Windsor and Bolton.  We took home the Motivate Award at both our Regionals this season.

 

We want to become a greater part in our community through FIRST to create a positive influence for children and youth. We also strive to inspire our community; inspire collaboration; inspire involvement; inspire FIRST.
